How to Use This Business Model Canvas

- Customer Segments: Define the different groups of people or organizations you aim to reach and serve.
- Cost Structure: Describe all costs incurred to operate your business model.
- Revenue Streams: Represent the cash your company generates from each customer segment.
Step 2: Fill in the Canvas
Work through each section of the canvas, ideally with a diverse team to capture different perspectives.
